At this very moment in time there is a fanatical craze going on here in South Africa. The aim of this latest trend is to boost the Blackman to the heights of angelic holiness. They are doing this simply because they feel that their time has come to rule over the people who supposedly oppressed them for so many years. The outcome of this craze, which has been going on for some time now - and is only now reaching its peak, is that the Whiteman is slowly suffocating in his own froth of guilt, firstly because he doesn’t understand where he came from anymore, and secondly because his own identity has been stolen. (I’ll cover this aspect of identity theft in more detail in a future posting, when I get the time.)
We are forever being reminded that it was the Blackman who arrived here first - (TRUE); it was the Blackman who first mined Gold - (TRUE); it was the Blackman who made the first primitive tools used for survival - (TRUE); the Zulu people knew how to smelt iron 500 years ago - (TRUE), and so forth and so on…. And then along came the Whiteman, like evil gods from the deep blue yonder in their big ships, to plunder, dominate, enslave, discriminate, and cause immense suffering among the poor black folk.
If that’s not enough to already give the Whiteman an inferiority complex, we are further reminded how the Blackman finally succeeded in taking back what was rightfully theirs in the first place. (The fact that the country was given to them on a platter, and that they used Marxist-terror-tactics to bomb and murder innocent civilians, is a truth that simply never gets mentioned. It wont surprise me of they bring out a law one day forbidding the publication of pro-apartheid beliefs.)
This onslaught on the heritage of the Whiteman is coming from all angles and directions, and it is becoming openly more blatant in television shows screened by the SABC.
Shoreline, – a weekly television show on SABC 2 is but one example of this.
In July this year Shoreline took the place of the popular TV show called 50/50, which happened to be the longest ongoing environmental programme in the world. What the real reasons were why the SABC decided to take 50/50 off the air still remains a mystery, but I have a strong suspicion that it probably had something to do with the presenters placing too much emphasis on our endangered water resources and their exposure of corruption and incompetence in local South African government departments, --- particularly in the Department of Water and Environmental Affairs.
Shoreline features every Monday for one hour starting from 19h00, --- a prime viewing time when most people are at home and still awake! The SABC widely promotes this show almost on a daily basis, something that was never done with the 50/50 programme.
The “new” Shoreline programme focuses on points of interest along 3000 kilometers of the South African coastline, stretching from the desert border with Namibia on the Atlantic coast southwards around the tip of Africa and then north to the border with subtropical Mozambique on the Indian Ocean. Their aim is to give viewers what they call “a encyclopaedic picture” of the South African coastline. Subjects covered include natural history, marine biology, and archaeology of the various regions.
A high definition Sony video camera was used to capture the awesome beauty and diverse landscapes along our coastline, an attribute that makes the programme worthwhile watching, --- that is if you can ignore the blatant racial bigotry expressed in the views of the presenters.
Episode four of Shoreline screened on 3 August 2009, was supposed to cover the coastal area between Yzerfontein and Robben Island. Yep, you guessed it! They got stuck for nearly 45 minutes on Robben Island where Ol’ Mandela was kept prisoner. How many more times must the citizens of this country be reminded about the major role Robben Island has played in our country’s history as a place of exile, isolation and imprisonment for the poor black souls?
The programme screened on 21 September must have used the term “Apartheid Regime” about five times in the opening statements. I don’t know if they do this just to attract more black viewers, but it had me losing interest very quickly, --- until they got to the part about a white farmer whose foolish ploughing techniques possibly transformed a perfectly fertile piece of ground into an area what has now become known as the Red Desert, a region situated in Pondoland (Eastern Cape) between the Mtentu River and Port Edward. I wasn’t actually watching the TV screen when the presenter made this ridiculous and unsubstantiated comment, I was just listening while reading a magazine, and didn’t notice if the presenter had his tongue in his cheek, or not. Nevertheless, I quickly sensed that the chap was just fooling around when he proceeded to mention other possible reasons why the place had become a red desert.
This weeks show, screened on Monday 28 September, gave the white Norwegian whalers of Durban a good beating. This whaling enterprise established by two Norwegians, Jacob Egeland and Johan Bryde, lasted intermittently for a about 70 years. Durban’s whaling operation was shut down in 1975. An international ban on all commercial whaling was imposed in 1986, in a bid to save the planet’s remaining whales. This occurred at a time when the so-called Apartheid Regime was still in full swing, but no mention was made that it was in fact the Apartheid Regime that stopped the slaughtering of whales in this country. When the story of Mahatma Gandhi featured in the same episode, the presenters were again quick to remind viewers that this man was thrown off a train at Pietermaritzburg after refusing to move from the first class to a third class coach while holding a valid first class ticket, and that it was the “Draconian Racial Policies” of the government that caused this terrible incident.
The problem I have with these presenters, is that they do this all the time, -- with every episode! In every single episode the Whiteman’s reputation, culture and heritage is thrashed to hell. How many viewers are getting the general impression that the Whiteman (Dutch, English or Norwegian), where the scum of the earth? Surely they must realise that many schools in this country will be using this programme for educational purposes! In the end this programme, and many others like it, will cause more harm than good by generating more feelings of racial tension and ultimate hatred towards the ever-dwindling White Race living on the southern tip of Africa.
The number of White farmers murdered in South Africa’s hidden genocide now stands at 3083. Remember that this is NOT counting the number that were murdered before 1994. Watch this figure rise to 10,000 before the year 2020!!!
The final episode of Shoreline will be screened on 12 October 2009. I have no idea what programme will take its place. Maybe, after thrashing our shorelines they’ll be moving inward to thrash the interior and to show viewers how the stupid Apartheid Regime mistook ancient 75,000-year old ruins for kaffir cattle kraals.
